Coordinates and executes mid-year and year-end audit of the PTA Books. Coordinates with the Treasurer to obtain necessary documents. Prepare report to board of audit results.


Attends all meetings and gives direction on parliamentary procedure. Chairs bylaws committee and reviews bylaws and standing rules annually. Updates bylaws in collaboration with the board and provide 30 days notice to PTA members before voting for adoption.

Fundraising Chairperson

Seeks fundraising opportunities from donors and donor programs as well as researches, suggests and plans fundraising activities that include measurable goals. Responsible for distribution of goods sold. Oversees box tops coordinator and merchant program coordinator.

Events Chairperson

Plans special events in coordination with the Board, including fundraisers, free community events and more. Manages event calendar that is consistent with budget. Oversees Hospitality Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, Fall Festival Coordinator and Spring Fling Coordinator.
